Mayor Kenney announces appointments to the Plumbing Advisory Board. The announcement states there will be seven voting members of the Board consisting of four licensed and registered Master Plumbers, licensed by the City of Philadelphia, One member shall be a design professional licensed and registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, experienced in the design of plumbing systems, One member shall represent the development community and 1 member shall represent the sustainability community. There shall be 3 ex-officio non-voting members of the Board. One member shall represent the Department of Licenses & Inspections, One member shall represent the Department of Streets and One member shall represent the Water Department. The appointments are as follows:
