In July 2021, Senator John Kane introduces Senate Bill 800. SB-800 establishes the statewide licensure for Plumbers and Plumbing Contractors. This legislation is paramount to the advancement of our industry. UAC has long supported a statewide Plumbing License in the commonwealth. This legislation is widely supported by Organized Labor and the open shop sector of the industry equally.
