On March 09, 2020, the City of Philadelphia’s Chief Code Official, Elizabeth Baldwin and members of her team including Bob Gledhill from the Code Development Unit provided an informational seminar on the new eCLIPSE system. This particular seminar was given at the Plumbers Union Local 690 Social Hall. Elizabeth and her team provided several other eCLIPSE seminars for various Plumbing Industry Groups. These seminars offered detailed information on how to navigate the new system. Once the “kinks” have been worked out, this system should prove to be a significant time saver for all Plumbers and Plumbing Contractors.
