December 11, 2017, the Plumbing Advisory Board holds its first official meeting. L & I Commissioner David Perri opened the meeting and charged the Board with their duties consistent with the Mayor’s Executive Order. The Chairman and the Board established dates for work sessions to begin working on a new and revised Philadelphia Plumbing Code.
